【How to pay】

All transactions will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars. We accept credit card payment (Visa/Master/UnionPayAmerican Express)。Healthiprof.com will not save or process any payment information. You will be redirected to the payment gateway to complete credit card payment process.

 

【Shipping method and Fee】

We accept only orders from Hong Kong.

Delivery Fee will be calculated by order weight and will be bear by Customer. 

 

The products will be delivered through Hong Kong Domestic SF Express Service. You can choose deliver to

1.         Deliver to the designated address directly 

2.         Pick up at SF Business Stations or SF Stores#

3.         Pick up EF Lockers^ 

 

Shipments cannot be delivered to addresses consisting solely of Post Office Boxes (PO boxes) or postal codes or ZIP codes. Shipments will be delivered to the Receiver’s address given by Shipper, but it is not necessary to the named Receiver personally.

 

Should you have any special requests on delivery arrangement, please remark it during checkout.

 

Remarks : We do not accepted picking up at service points (e.g. convenience stores) as it may take a longer time for delivery and parcel size is limited.

 

# If you choose to pick up at SF Business Stations or SF Stores, you will receive a SMS when the parcel is ready to be picked up at the designated SF Business Station or SF Store. You can pick up within 2 working days after receiving the SMS.  If you unable to pick them up within the first 2 days* of the SMS/ SFHK APP pick up notification from SF system, will be charged for SF Retention Service Fee for every 1 day*. The cost will be accumulated every day.

 

*The number of day(s) is/ are calculated from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

 

^If you choose to pick up at EF Lockers, you will receive a SMS when the parcel is ready to be picked up at the designated EF Locker. You can pick up within 24 hours after receiving the SMS.  For parcels collected from EF Lockers^ after the first 24 hours of SMS/ SFHK APP pick up notification from SF system, an accumulative fee of HK$10 will be charged for every 24-hour as a unit thereafter. (less than 24 hours session will be counted as 24 hours.) If the parcel has not been picked up within 48 hours, the parcel will be shipped back to SF Business Point or SF Station.

Healthiprof will not be responsible if the customer fails to for pick-up within 24 hours (EF Lockers) or within 48 hours (SF Business Stations or SF Stores) . As this charge is not induced by Healthiprof, Healthiprof do not bare any responsibility for such charge or any other additional charge.

【Precautions】

Read carefully each shipping method before choosing and make sure the once choosing is the most suitable one. The option shown on the confirmed order will be seen as the final choice of customers after careful consideration and Healthiprof will only deliver the order according to that option and address. Orders will not be delivered to addresses differ from the requirement of selected shipping method even the total amount of order matches certain other preferential conditions(e.g. orders will not be delivered if customer provided a residential address while choosing self-pick up at EF Locker).

 

To ensure you can enjoy free shipping or other designated offer, please make sure the address entered matches with the shipping method chosen. Healthiprof  reserves the right not to deliver the order, to change the shipping details and to refund if the shipping address does not match with the chosen shipping method.*

 

Healthiprof uses recycled materials for packaging.

Email is the only official communication platform. Please make sure the email address entered is correct and check your inbox regularly.

 

As all shipping units may send out notifications about parcel updates, delivery or collection through SMS, customers should make sure the number provided are valid and are able to receive SMS. If the parcels are returned because of the failure of receiving SMS notifications, customers will have to pay for the re-delivery cost

As Healthiprof cannot reserve the products indefinitely, emails will be sent to customers if the orders need any attention or follow up. Customers are responsible to check inbox regularly and to reply by the due dates (normally within three working days after the email is sent) according to the instructions stated in the email. Orders and goods will be deemed forfeited by Customer, order would be cancelled and no refund will be provided if customer fails to reply within the said period . The uncollected ordered items will be handled at Healthiprof’s sole discretion without liability.

Email notification with tracking number would be sent to customers after shipping. Customers are responsible to check track the progress on their own. Normally S.F. Express should have sent a pick-up notification through SMS or finished delivery within 7 working days. Customers should make contact to the relevant party as soon as possible if they have not received the parcel or SMS within a reasonable period of time.

If the order is returned because of but not limited to the provision of incomplete address, wrong contact number, expired collection, missed or have not received pick-up notifications, or any other reasons that lead to the return of parcel but not induced by Healthiprof, Healthiprof would not bare any responsibilities or costs and lost induced. Healthiprof will notify customers through email after receiving the returned goods. Customers should pay for the additional delivery cost and provide correct information (if needed) for the re-delivery within the grace period mentioned in the notification e-mail / message. Re-delivery will be delivered through the same delivery method as the first delivery. The charge is the same as the "Additional charges for specified delivery method" of the selected delivery method. If customers wants to cancel the order and ask for a refund after the return, Healthiprof will collect 20% of the order total as the administration cost and first round delivery cost (i.e. customers can ask for a maximum of 80% of the total as refund). If customers fails to reply and pay for the delivery cost within 14 days upon the issue of notification e-mail, orders and goods will be deemed forfeited by Customer, order would be cancelled and no refund will be provided if customer fails to reply within the said period. The ordered items will be handled at Healthiprof’s sole discretion without liability and further notice.

If customers fail to provide valid personal information or contact details, orders will be seen as invalid and will be cancelled without further notice.
